Many reviews say one person can assemble this but two people would be better and this is 100% correct. However, my wife (62 years old) assembled it herself in about 30 minutes. Easy to assemble, amazingly strong, almost too strong but we got used to it after 4 weeks. The only suggestion to make assembly easier is to have your own ratchet screwdriver, this will make the process a bit easier and faster. The only key to assembly is: first unfold the frame, then attach the middle sections, then the side sections, then attach the box spring (right side up), then insert the rails. The product is well made, durable and easy to assemble. Oh, and I'm 395 pounds, so this is perfect for us "furry" people.
