This replacement box spring was just what I needed. It is easy to assemble, made of solid materials and reliable. I was so afraid this would be a made up excuse for a spring block as my son has collected many of these for his auction manager, but this was very different. It even supports my weight and that of my husband (I'm 550 and he's 160) and doesn't even feel a bit wobbly. I think it's worth the price!

Sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. I'm not sure why so many other people have said you need two people. Honestly, it makes things easier, but assembling it yourself isn't bad if you have enough space to spread it out and assemble it. I bought it to use as a traditional box spring bed, put it in a wooden frame and topped it with a memory foam mattress. So far this is working fine. It's a little bulky and heavy, so keep that in mind if you plan to move it around a lot.

I've seen a lot of people looking at this item and I've noticed that everyone has problems assembling it. However, I had almost no problems building it, I completed the task on my own and it only took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I think it all depends on skill.
