The camera I received would not pair with the VM342 even though they were compatible. I called tech support and the representative over the phone tried to help me connect a second camera to my VM342. After a failed pairing attempt, he said the camera was broken and asked when and where we got the second camera and the original kit. He then said they would send us a VM342-2 which is a two camera set to switch against the devices we had. He promptly sent us a return label. The replacement arrived 6 days later, already pre-paired and ready to go. Amazing customer service at VTech.
