This cell phone would be a great value if it didn't crash so often. I bought this for my teenager who likes it when it works but is very sad when it doesn't. I have found that it works stably without a sim card inserted. However, if a Sim is in it, it will randomly crash even when not in use. It gets stuck in the reboot loop on the Android system screen. After I removed the SIM card and turned off the WiFi, everything worked. All updates are installed. I don't know what to do other than go back.
