1. The box it came in was smaller than the box the overflow came in! Not even a joke. At the same time, I was extremely skeptical that my overflow would remain intact and without cracks. Everything seemed good at first sight. All parts were present but there were scratches in a few places which means I was probably the second owner which means it was returned for an unknown reason and then somehow resold to me (assuming). fill my pan and tank. I fill in the overflow only to find there is a small crack in the corner so everything I had planned has come to a halt. I attached it with plastic/acrylic welds and waited for it to cure. Everything is fine now, but I think some aspects of the Eshops business are clearly failing. Well, live and learn. Perhaps just one unfortunate entity among thousands, but I became its proud owner.
