Defective exhaust pipe and emissions
New Y-pipe with gasket and new O2 sensor installed. Run the engine to check for leaks and there was a 3/16 hole under the O2 sensor at the weld on the nipple. Bad quality control. Now I have to find someone to weld the hole shut. I had to buy locally. I will not pay the mechanic again to remove and install a new one.
