Don't believe the youtube videos they make it so easy. If you have factory painted aluminum rims, take them to the shop to have them done, take my word for it, not worth it. This tool is useless if you place something between the rim and the breaker. It will only break the bet if you use the tool with no tread between the rims and tires. This tool ended up scratching my rims in the lip under the tire and also left some paint on the outside of the rim lip. I used rim protection anyway. It also left deep marks on the sidewall of the tire that form a bulge when inflated. You will eventually damage the tire and rim. I ended up buying a new rim and now I'm buying a new tire because I don't trust it after a deep sidewall damage on a motorcycle tire. My tire size is 180 on a 600cc bike. Maybe this tool is good for unpainted skinny dirt bike tires, but not for painted wheels. I'll end up buying a new rim because it's cheaper than powder coating the old one and replacing the bearings and seals. Don't try to save $20 like I did and end up with a $350 loss. Take it to a tire shop.
