I like how easy it was set up, since we had no experience using this type software before (we used Wordpress).
It's very customizable so if you're looking at something specific there are lots ways around your needs being met without having too many customizations! Not really anything worth mentioning as far customization goes but not much has been added yet either which isn't necessarily bad considering their growth rate/timeline they have available now vs what will be ready once all features get released later down the road. We've realized some benefits already including more time spent writing rather than editing our current word documents when adding new pages or sections etc.- Less expensive over Office365- More efficient workflow due process changes between writers who write separately sometimes instead relying solely upon editors - Easier accessability by clients & potential future employees.
