The ability to have access of all my media in one place, which is amazing because I don't like spending time trying find things that are relevant or new content! It's not easy sometimes as it can be confusing but once you get used to how everything works then its just fine!! You also cannot delete anything from your account unless they say so themselves (which usually takes about 3 months). Their customer service isn’t always great when there has been an issue with their product such as them charging wrong fees etc. They provide me amazing quality music at affordable prices without any trouble.
