This is VERY durable. Very well done. I was surprised at the strength and durability. There is no way to attach them to the wheel, but this is not required. They're so heavy they literally hang from the tire like a well-fitting rug or something. It gets pretty windy here in Michigan, but that won't be a problem for them. I am very happy that I chose this product. Much better than expected.
