Subpar Instructions - Great Quality.

Pros:+ great quality+ looks nice+ kids love itCons:- unclear instructions and diagrams- parts labelled in strange ways and also referred to as other colors- NO extra nuts, bolts, or washers (don't lose anything!)Oh. My. Goodness. My husband and I are handy people and these instructions were a mess. It took us 2.5 hours on the dot to assemble. The video helps a tad, but is still very unclear in areas. I've added my notes here so possibly those will help others while they assemble their sets. My keys points would be:1. Use a long 13mm socket with a ratchet if you have one handy. This speeds up tightening exponentially.2. Layer the bottom circle with one end of each pole on bottom and one end on top, and just keep the pattern consistent as you go around. The instructions AND video are both very unclear about base circle setup and the illustration is of no help.3. Do not lose any pieces as there are **no extras of anything**. We used a magnetic bowl to make sure we didn't lose anything.4. **Only on the bottom circle** the dome end of the bolt + washer are on the outside of the geodome with the nut + washer on the inside of the geodome. Bottom circle uses TWO washers.5. All other levels of the geodome have the dome end of the bolt + washer on the inside of the geodome and the nut (no washer) on the outside. Second level and up only use ONE washer.6. Second level and up will have head of bolt inside the geodome and pointing outward so the plastic grips can be attached on the outside! You don't want bolts pointing inward so children inside the geodome bonk their heads on pokey ends.7. Holding your bolts in place with the allen wrench (L-shaped tool) while tightening the nut with your ratchet is super helpful to speed things up.That said, it is a sturdy, well-made structure as far as I can tell. The kids love it and it looks nice. For the love of god, someone needs to rewrite these inconsistent instructions though. If you possibly have an octopus available who could lend you a few extra arms, they would be a welcome help.
