What a mess - bought it as my first rig for gaming and cyberspace activities (running virtual machines, preparing for SANS courses). Couldn't figure out why the computer wouldn't let me run as administrator or access certain files I needed to download the tools. I thought Windows Defender was blocking it, so I decided to turn it off. Windows couldn't figure out how to download Windows Defender - kept asking me if I wanted to download an app from the store to open the file. It turns out that the entire operating system is corrupted. Been sitting here for a damn week trying to fix bugs. This prevents me from reformatting the drive and booting from the USB with the new image. Overall, the saving wasn't worth it and I still haven't found a solution. I haven't tried their tech support so I'm not rating it yet but so far I'm very disappointed with the experience.
