This kit is almost the perfect backyard zipline product. I waited to install the zip line until my adult son came to visit with his family. Both of us (mostly him) were able to install it in about four hours by running a wire from an unused telephone pole to a mahogany. The run is about 60 feet long and was a huge hit with my grandkids. The spring brake is a great feature that saves me from using an old tire. The kit was completely self-contained so we could just unbox the box, install the kit and run without further visits to the hardware store. . The only thing we added is a couple of short 2 by 2 posts around the mahogany to protect the tree from the cable. It may not have been necessary, but we like to protect redwoods.
