I have always preferred this style to more expensive and shorter slippers. They are lighter and very easy to put on and take off. I can also pack a few in my luggage when I travel so I can wear slippers at the hotel. I've also always hated that the soles of slippers get dirty over time, but I don't like throwing them in the washing machine as I feel like this will damage the slippers and get all the dirt off the bottom of mine washing machine is exposed. This solves my problem; I can wear them as many times as I want, but don't be upset if I throw them away when they're too worn or too dirty. I have 12 packs for $30 so it's only about $2.50 each. The only thing is that every pair looks the same so if you and someone else are wearing a pair (like my sister and I stayed at a hotel recently) you might want to label the slippers so you know whose!
