Update: We have only worn the raincoat about 10 times (max) in 6 months and both sleeves have ripped so high that it no longer works. My 5 year old loves the design and fits well. True to size, or maybe just too big. Keeps you dry in heavy rain. It smells a little weird and plasticy, but it does the job.
