seems to be so. But it was a waste of money. I bought mine in April 2017 and 15 months later (not even a year and a half). Worn area under the accelerator pedal. I understand this happens because it's used all the time. BUT I have STRONG peeling. The kids were in and out of the 2nd row, it had to happen after all. But also in the 3rd row, where NOBODY is sitting?! I can say the 3rd row has been used about 15 times (VERY generous - my 6ft 1 boys don't have much legroom). More for grocery bags and hiding my purse. I found out when they removed all the carpets to decorate my enclave's interior. I emphasize again. I see under the gas pedal and under the 2nd row due to usage, but don't justify the 3rd row. Waste.
