I needed this for a minor demolition of an above ground concrete duck pond that was done by a previous renter. It works perfectly, but I don't give it 5 stars for several reasons. First, on the plus side, it works fine from my regular 15 amp outlet with a 12 gauge extension cord. I haven't noticed any problems with it; I'm guessing it doesn't actually draw 2200w (although to be safe, you should probably use a 2200w chain and extension instead of what I'm doing). The construction is very simple - just fill in oil, attach tools according to the instructions and off you go. I only used it for about 20 minutes but it works as expected. I'm sure it will take me a few hours to create a pond that I need to spread out over a few days. Therefore no 5 stars: - The case is not very durable. enough for this heavy tool. Mine arrived scratched. It's not that big of a deal to play around with returns, but a case that needs to be treated with care isn't as good as durable. The included gloves, goggles and face mask are a joke. I wouldn't even recommend using any of them. (You should use your own eye and respirator instead.) So it gets a solid 4 stars because it's good enough to save me money instead of renting a tool for a few days and because it's easy to use. I thought it might sound dangerous, but it isn't. It's easy enough to steer in an upright position. If I had to drill horizontally it would certainly be very difficult and potentially more dangerous.
