My daughter wears a size 3 1/2 tennis shoe that allows room for her thumb to grow to the width of her thumb. I ordered these slippers a size 3/4 and they fit snug enough to stay on her foot but big enough to hold her until she's really a size 4. I don't necessarily rely on readings from a foot counter in a shoe store. Instead, I see what is most comfortable for them. Your foot is also very wide at the toes.
