Cracked during installation

Works. does the job. It's very small flakes which means you have to use more, defeating the purpose of idk. Will shop before buying again. Also cracks when uninstalled which is SUPER annoying especially if you are looking to sell your candles.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Will be added later

Good quality on wax

Have used this soy wax to make candles and am very happy with it. It's fairly easy to use, melts and mixes really well with spices and essential oils. As an aspiring candle maker I did a lot of research as I didn't want to end up with poor quality products and I think this was a really good choice.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made

Very good quality: Kraft

This wax was very easy to work with. It has almost no odor (maybe just a bit of a mild, waxy flavor), so feel free to add it yourself. It melts and cools faster than regular wax. Definitely recommend using a pot with a stainless steel spout for melting and pouring, and make sure to let it cool slowly to avoid cracking. Wonderful candles are obtained!

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • So far so good

This product is amazing! I'm making candles for my girlfriend's bridal shower and these flakes make it so easy! I just melted it in a water bath, then added some purple crayon for colour, some lavender oil and viola! It looks great and smells great. I highly recommend and will be using the leftovers for Christmas gifts!

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Expensive

Very easy to work with

My daughter was experimenting with candles for a science project so we worked with soy, paraffin and beeswax. NO RESULTS SOYA was our favorite. It was very easy to work with, had no perceptible odor and was a beautiful milky white color with no additives whatsoever. It also installs very quickly. One criterion I should mention is that you have to center the wick very well, otherwise the wax will melt on the sides. It has a low melting point, so you want it to melt in the middle. If you'reโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to color and add fragrance
Cons
  • Thin

I made 9 candles with the microwave!

This 2 pound bag can make 4 candles, 3 teacups and 2-12 ounce candles! Including the cost of the wicks (the containers were just old glazed ones I found around the house) I made 9 candles for about $8 which would cost over $50 as they are all natural, non-toxic, clean Fiery, luxurious and beautiful are exterior. I simply melted the wax in the microwave in a microwavable container (monitored and adjusted in 30 second increments), added some peppermint essential oil, placed the wicks (I chose toโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Ideal for making candles in jars or tins
Cons
  • Legacy model

๐Ÿ•ฏGreat Natural Soy Wax

I love this natural soy wax. It's a good amount for a decent price and the quality is excellent. The flakes are packaged in a large plastic bag, which is a bit flimsy for convenience but has no holes. I would probably feel better if the wax was packaged in a stronger, resealable bag or in a double bag. I just made my first candles and gave them wings. It turned out great, better than I could have imagined. First, I prepared 2 glass tea light holders by inserting organic hemp wicks in the center
