I spent the EXTRA MONEY on plastic sides instead of nets after reading reviews of cats chewing through nets. I used this backpack ONCE and it fell apart with my cat in it while using it outside on a busy street! The zipper is flimsy and the moment my cat carefully leaned against the plastic panel it ripped open and the zipper is now unusable. Luckily for me and my cat he was so scared of what happened that he just jumped out of the open hole on my shoulder and I carried him home. I was going to go shopping with him in my backpack and thank goodness I didn't come back carrying groceries, a broken backpack and my scared cat! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON IT.
