Too Stiff - Uses a hard plastic "air cushion "
Attention! The main pad used in these shoulder pads are several hard plastic "air pads" that do a terrible job of giving you a comfortable cushion. Somewhat thicker foam (or even better, memory foam) would be much preferable. The feeling here is hard and unyielding. I ended up cutting these pads to remove the hard "air pockets". Instead, all that's left is a very thin piece of cheap foam that offers very little cushioning. Look elsewhere for a decent shoulder pad as the design here is very poor and lacks comfort.
