The best thing about this tool is that it helps me in all my tasks, whether I am doing project management or writing articles for blogging purposes etc., It's so easy to create content using teamemos drag & drop editor feature which makes creating contents very simple. There are some things like font size should be adjusted but overall its really good as compared to other tools available out there. If you're looking at something where your employees can edit documents online then definitely give them access of an account if they want more options than just basic text formatting features provided by default option. We have been able solve our problems related document sharing quite easily since we started working together through their cloud service.
