I like to sleep, but I need a blanket to sleep. I saw this blanket in stock and was skeptical that it would actually work. It's absolutely true! I've been using it for a few nights now and slept through the night until my alarm went off, which is rare. Before using this I woke up around 2:30am with sweaty feet. And using it this week is a real challenge because we have hot weather. I have air conditioning and a fan blowing on me, but that has never helped the night sweats. This blanket is so soft as you can see from my cats obsession. While I'm working, she sleeps in my bed all day. The downside is that the fur really sticks to the ceiling. When I got this I washed and dried it. He advises not to dry, and if so, not to use heat. So I set the dryer to air dry with no heat and ran a 20 minute cycle. I did this for an hour and it was still soaking. The recommendation for drying is to keep it out of the sun. This is not an option for me. Finally, I set the dryer on low and it took two cycles to dry. It was a lot so I hope I don't have to wash it often. You can put a duvet cover on it, but it seems to me that this takes the cooling effect out of it. In terms of size, I don't usually order full size duvets as they tend to be too short for my double bed. Since I wanted to try this, I kept going regardless of size. It's actually a good size and fits my bed well. It comes with two pillowcases that easily fit my largest and fluffiest pillows. I am very pleased with this blanket and how well it looks and performs!
