Fits Minka Aire F402-ORB Centrifugal Fan
This replaced my original 2011 receiver on my F402 fan which suffered a power surge due to a lightning strike near my home. Just plug the cable back in exactly the same way as the old one. Make sure you follow the instructions to sync the wall or remote switch and receiver by pressing the stop button until the light flashes twice, which is what the installation guide says. Works perfectly.
