As a result of using this accessory, I found that it was a seamless replacement for my old ceiling fan part. The installation was effortless and the new accessory looks identical to the original. The quality of the material is exceptional and will last for years.

Not happy! The receiver is NOT properly interacting with the fan! Despite multiple reset attempts, low, medium, and high fan settings on the remote are swapped. It is not possible to change the direction of the fan. Totally unsatisfied! I would have notified you sooner but I couldn't find an electrician here who could do this with Covid-19.

This replaced my original 2011 receiver on my F402 fan which suffered a power surge due to a lightning strike near my home. Just plug the cable back in exactly the same way as the old one. Make sure you follow the instructions to sync the wall or remote switch and receiver by pressing the stop button until the light flashes twice, which is what the installation guide says. Works perfectly.
