I got it a few months ago to massage my wife's back after a long day at work. We've had a few of these and keep giving them to people (most are the same design) because they work so well and everyone seems to love them. This specimen was gifted to a friend of mine who works in a chiropractic practice. He uses it almost daily on patients at the end of sessions to help with back pain and tension. I tested it briefly before sending it to him to make sure it's the same as the other one we have and use all the time. . It was practically the same at the same speeds. There are 3 speeds (although we only use the lowest) and the attachments work great for lower and middle back pain. A few minutes of a session helps relieve my wife's back pain from pushing beds all day. All in all, these are great "little" tools that work really well even in the hands of a beginner like me!
