Update: Worked for two months and suddenly stopped working. Original: (4 stars) I love the size but the weight is too much. There is a lot of airflow, but for some reason it smells like something burning, I don't know what the smell is. I hope this smell goes away with time. The hair dryer is good both with two concentrators included and without them. However, I don't find it removes frizz or dries my hair faster than my existing hair dryers. Maybe my existing dryers are all very good? I have slightly over shoulder length, middle aged Asian hair. It is of medium thickness with a lot of grey. The cable does not rotate, but it is very long. However, I wouldn't take it with me when I travel because it's quite heavy. My dad jokes that it can be more durable because it's built like a tank. Overall I would recommend it. It's not a quiet dryer, but it's not very loud, and the sound isn't harsh or "metallic" like other dryers I've owned.
