Bought this item for an ice cream parlor at my wedding. When they arrived I was surprised it wasn't the color I expected. I was expecting kraft paper to look like the exterior and they were just tinted brown. I accepted the color difference and opened the packaging only to find LOTS of the mugs were DIRTY! Dirty with real dirt and some with black spots inside and dust. I had to wipe out all the cups. If I had known they were dirty I would have sent them back.
