Poorly designed best air conditioning tools and equipment
Gaskets block the flow of gas and liquid through the system. Poorly designed and cheap shader core/valve design. Seals will fall out when separated from the hose. I never had this kind of problem with a hose set in my 15 year HVAC career until I bought one.
