Review on 💡 Satco S4612 50 Watt T4 Halogen G8 Base Clear Light Bulb - 750 Lumens, Dimmable - 120V by Maria Noble

I have used this lamp for many years because it fits the recessed lamp in a computer cabinet. It has two levels of brightness - 50W and what I consider the lower 20W. I usually use it at higher wattage. The packaging says 2000 hours lifespan. I haven't tracked it down, but I think I've changed the lightbulb once a year or less on average. However, my light usage is too variable to know how many hours it lasted, but the average is probably at least 1000 hours or more. The benefit now that I've found this site is that I can easily replace lightbulbs by mail order (normal local hardware stores often don't stock this lightbulb, and specialty stores are impractical where I live). And the price is comparable to what I have paid in stores.
