Stays on for up to 7 days, huh? Didn't even last an hour. I have tried it three times, making sure the skin was clean and dry, with no lotions or anything, as directed. I watched the video for placement for plantar fasciitis since, believe it or not, it is not listed as one of the several directions in the pamphlet it came with. I placed them as directed, and did the 'warming' they recommend to get the sticky to activate (they say)--went over the material 2-3 times total just be sure. It came off just like many fabric bandaids out there. If it gets rubbed in the slightest while you move or have shoes on, it just peels right off. I can't say how angry I am right now. This brand touts itself as being so great. To boot, it didn't even provide the relief I had hoped for to give my plantar a rest. Again, I did it EXACTLY as directed and I am experienced with medical items so they can't say 'user error'.
