I love that it is so easy to use! You just need one or two people in each department who have been using this product for awhile now (we're talking 2-3 years) and they can help you set up everything from how many emails are sent out daily/weekly etc.
It also has some great analytics built into the platform where we see our referral sources and all of their data as well which allows us to make changes if needed without having to contact them directly. The only thing i dislike about rocket referals is that sometimes when an email isn't received by someone immediately after sending it there will be days later before anyone replies back with what happened. This makes tracking down issues difficult at times but overall its very helpful tool! We've seen significant increases in both new signups + clients referred via lead gen campaigns since implementing rocket referrals.
