I have a cake bakery and we use them in our shop. They are great for removing the core from cupcakes. It's too easy to remove too much, but still works great. It's a bit difficult to pull the inside out of a small one - you have to stick your pinky inside. Otherwise easy to clean, easy to use! Highly recommended.
