Since it has a "Plus Series Adapter" I assumed that if you have a Plus Series coffee maker you should use that. Aux contraire, my friend! So, after fumbling around for about 15 minutes to get it working WITH the adapter (and twice spilling coffee everywhere), I finally found out that it can be used WITHOUT the adapter. Why not just call it a Brewer adapter or a non-Plus series adapter? It works great but is quite cumbersome to use. You have to grind the coffee, put it in a small strainer (without spilling it all over the counter), place the assembly in the brewer, take it apart when you're done, and clean it. For me, it's okay if you run out of K-cups, but not every day.
