I recently read about the new Tivo experience and was excited to use this remote. I waited until I got the remote control and did everything according to the instructions. After pairing the remote, I pressed the blue microphone button to start the update as instructed and nothing happened. I ended up having to update through the menu system. When the new experience finally arrived, I tried several times to use the Voice feature, but nothing worked. I've researched online and kept coming across claims that the VOX feature doesn't work with a wireless system like mine, so I find this remote no more useful than my previous one, which I'll get back to. Tivo. If it's an issue, make it clear up front, rather than pushing people into this type of escalation.
