Glass didn't go through the frame. I started at the top so it fits snugly against the top of the bezel. When I got to the bottom, the glass was too big for the frame and the bottom corner broke. The paper insert states that if the installation does not go as planned, another will be sent, but no means of contacting them was provided. It's not possible to contact them directly through Amazon, so I'm using this rating tool to get a replacement.
