I wanted to replace some old gel exercise balls that had hardened over time, and I liked the idea of having pairs of matched strengths.These seem to be comparable, if not identical, to those from another prominent manufacturer on Best Buy, and are a bit less expensive. As a professional pianist, these keep my fingers limber while helping to reduce stress.I do regret not getting the larger size, but won't be sending these back only to take up space in a landfill.
