Review on 🏻 Men's Antiperspirant Deodorant Recipe - FL by Christine Moore

For $22 I was expecting a little more. Actually a lot more. The price is a big issue but for those sweating like it's going out of style I figured the price wouldn't be too high if it actually works as all the excellent reviews say. I'm not saying stellar reviews are fake or overblown - I'm sure it works for the "average" sweaty guy. But for those of us who suffer from hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), this product does next to nothing to stop sweating - at least not for me - your mileage may vary. I wasn't even hoping for an antiperspirant that would keep me 100% dry (I'm trying to be realistic here), just something that would make me sweat a little less throughout the day. Well, after about half a day in my air-conditioned office, sweat seeps into my shirt as much, if not more, than any other antiperspirant. I've been using Recipe for about two weeks now with little to no change in the amount of sweat I make daily. But for those who suffer from hyperhidrosis like me, unfortunately I don't think this product is for you. I'm just not going to keep paying $22 a piece for an antiperspirant that works as well (or badly) as the nearest $7 antiperspirant. At over three times the price, I was expecting a slight reduction in sweating, but it's really no different than anything I've used. Other notes: - The smell is pleasant but VERY mild. I've seen a scent described as 'masculine' in some other reviews - I wouldn't say it was masculine OR feminine but more of a unisex/neutral scent. If a woman wanted to wear it, I don't think it would smell too manly on her. From something called "Men's Recipe" I was expecting a stronger, more masculine scent, but it definitely smells good. - It's a travel size. So for $22, you can easily take your deodorant on the plane. Hooray.
