If you can repair and make your own tools, this tool is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you expect this tool to be ready to go, this is the tool ⭐️. Light rust. It would not rotate 360 degrees. Couldn't find a thickness gauge to fit around the entire gap of the bullet. I couldn't separate the top sphere from the bottom. Final solution: I inserted two utility knife blades between the bullets. One at the narrowest gap and one opposite, this action triggered movement and allowed for a 360 degree spin. But it doesn't rotate. The bottom ball rotated on a nylon base, so I put a piece of tape on the base, to create temporary friction. I would recommend this vise if you have the skills to fix them.
