This product is great, I mean nothing special. In fact, you get what you paid for. I ordered and of course got free overnight delivery. My only concern was that the box containing the product was slightly damaged upon delivery, but I figured it could just be the type of packaging chosen by the seller which at worst would not have properly protected the goods. Luckily the product worked like a charm, I am a bit lazy when it comes to cleaning my makeup products but with no difficulty and even with the added pleasure I was able to clean a set of 35 in 45 minutes. As for the soap, I noticed that mild soap didn't work, so I added some of the Dawn I just ordered to the water mix. However, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from this seller again.
