I purchased this product after reading reviews from several customers and unfortunately not many of them were able to isolate the liability issue. The silicone bumper does not stay on the applied surface for a long time. The adhesion between edge and glue is strong, but poor between glue and silicone material. I had to apply and reapply several times to keep the silicone in place and even after tweaking it to the best of my ability the silicone just won't stay. I can't think of using permanent glue to hold the bumper in place because then the glue won't peel off the furniture and if I try to remove it it will strip the paint and damage the furniture. I advise people not to purchase this product for high traffic applications such as beds, coffee tables, dining tables or bedside tables.
