The ability to create work orders from any location or device with ease of setup, scheduling, and tracking all jobs in one place is very handy! Our organization has been using this software for over 7 years now and it's always improving upon itself by adding new features that help streamline our business operations. It really allows us to keep track of every job we do at TTI. There are many different options you have when creating an order as well as sending out notifications as soon as they come through so notifications can be sent instantly to multiple people if needed at once without having to send them individually which saves time and resources. A few things I would like to see added in future versions but not enough to make me stop completely using it currently would be - 1) Scheduling reminders2) Ability to assign tasks to another person while leaving yours available3) More detailed reports4) Additional templates5) Customizable fields6) Better.
