I wear these on walks when it's 20 degrees, it's cold long before the blood rushes to my hands when I bend down and squeeze my fingers. . Since these gloves have minimal thermal insulation and rely primarily on Omni Heat reflection, it is better to use the heavier insulated version unless you are exercising and actively generating heat. I think the same goes for people who typically have cold hands or poor circulation - get a heavier glove. At 30 degrees or for work/training I think these gloves will work for me. I can wear them in colder weather, just keep my hands in my gloved pockets because they are very thin which allows for more dexterity with keys etc.
