Surprisingly warm because it's not too bulky. The palm material feels hard. I prefer plastic grips to leather grips because they don't absorb water like most leathers and don't wear down like cheap rubberized covers. The material is not fluffy, which prevents ice from sticking to it. They are not too warm, which is good for hiking or other physical activities to keep your hands from getting sweaty.

I think they should be snug on my fingers, but I couldn't go down a size and still put my hands in them. They are quite warm for a lightweight glove and although my fingers were very cold when it was near freezing at a football game I would say they can replace much heavier and bulkier gloves in most situations and temperatures.
