Soft shine shines after oil soap. 40 year old floor is still beautiful.
I've been using these on hardwood floors for a year now although I need to replace the pads but they give a wonderful shine if you want a satin almost gloss look after using Murphy's Oil Soap. I have never used such small pads on a floor covered with good quality polyurethane, although I imagine the result will be the same. I don't recommend using Murphy's Oil Soap unless you have a very old floor, you're just trying to give it some life back. If you like shine and use oil soap, this is the product you will love. PS - you will also likely need the buffer they are made for. =P
