Very good fan, but "ticks " at higher speeds. Very quiet engine.
I want this to stop ticking when it's at level 5 or 6. Seems to be in balance. Some fans do just that. However, this is a lovely fan that works well in a three-season room that gets humid but never wet. It pushes a lot of air, which is nice compared to the engine and not exactly quiet. Very nice to look at, although I prefer a more traditional one it still works in our traditional decor.
