I want this to stop ticking when it's at level 5 or 6. Seems to be in balance. Some fans do just that. However, this is a lovely fan that works well in a three-season room that gets humid but never wet. It pushes a lot of air, which is nice compared to the engine and not exactly quiet. Very nice to look at, although I prefer a more traditional one it still works in our traditional decor.

LOVE this fan - it moves tons of air and is super quiet. The only sound I hear when it's on is the "whoosh" of the air it's moving! Conversely, it draws cool air from the ground floor into the open roof area and works like clockwork. I put it on a lower 72" stem and was expecting some wobble/movement, but it seems very balanced. because there is practically no movement. Couldn't be happier with this fan!

The product received has been used. For the money I would have expected brand new! The electrician said the wires were stripped for installation. He said you wouldn't see this on a new unboxed fan. There was no stand for the remote control to hang on the wall. The engine did not start when the fan was installed. I had to remove and send back. Big effort as it's a big item to carry around. Very dissatisfied with this company's product.

I bought this fan in July 2019 and it worked well last summer. I used it again for the first two weeks of this spring as I have it on my patio and now the brackets holding the fan blades are starting to break. Didn't notice until one broke and hit me while I was sitting underneath. On closer inspection, 3 other brackets are also torn. I tried to contact the AB Promise seller but they refuse to do anything about it. I am very disappointed in an item I paid $400.00 for which could really hurt…

As others have said this is the HomeDepot brand only. Buying online will void your warranty. I received two devices, one installed with no problems. The second had 1 of 8 blades in the wrong type of finish. I called the manufacturer and waited 30 minutes but was told my only option was to purchase a new pack of 8 blades for $80. I returned and returned the second unit, however the first unit is already installed so I now have an out of warranty fan. The fans are amazing, we love how much air it

After initially installing the ceiling fan I was puzzled as to why the remote control wasn't working. Of course I thought that my control unit was defective. After reading the service booklet I realized that the remote control needs to be programmed. After programming the remote control, all ceiling fan functions will work correctly. Very happy with the purchase! I love this fan. My ceilings are 14 feet high so a professional installed them and it took him and his assistant about an hour and a half to finish.
