Very happy with the purchase! I love this fan. My ceilings are 14 feet high so a professional installed them and it took him and his assistant about an hour and a half to finish. I also added a longer pole that I bought from my local hardware store. The fan is quiet even at maximum power. Moves a lot of air! Doesn't move or wobble at all. UPDATE: After using this fan for a few weeks, I noticed that it turns off for no reason. I can turn it back on with the remote but it stops several times a week without warning. Is it receiving a signal from another nearby fan? I live in an apartment, maybe my neighbors have the same fan? Anyone else know? AGAIN UPDATE: Seller does not help. The manufacturer doesn't help as this fan was sold to me by a third party and not directly by Home Depot. DO NOT buy this fan here unless you want ZERO help if something goes wrong. Only buy directly from Home Depot or you will void the manufacturer's warranty. I still like this fan, but I would buy it direct from HD in the future.
