If your home interior has a modern touch, this fan is for you. I bought these with the intention of cooling off a hot Las Vegas summer and they do the job perfectly. First I bought 2 of these fans (for living room and family room) and 4 fans for each bedroom. I ended up returning one and buying another fan for the master bedroom. Good. Large modern fan and very easy to install. This was my first time installing anything electrical in my home and I am very proud of my work. I ended up installing the rest of my fan. In the beginning it took me 2-3 hours for the first fan. And after that, it only lasted an hour for the other two. The quality of this fan is like you paid 1000 for a fan. I get compliments every time someone sees this for the first time. I have 9 foot ceilings and the air moves quite a bit. It's amazing what this thing can do. The remote control has a stand so it can be mounted on the wall. The only thing I wanted was for the remote to look as modern as this fan or make it a Z-Wave so it would work with smart Alexa devices and even a bunch of apps so we don't have to look at this monster . The bad: nothing, really. It took me a while to figure out how to dim the lights. This is not well described in the instructions. Dimming procedure: - Make sure the switch for D and On on the back of the remote control is set to ON - Press and hold the light button on the remote control until the desired brightness is achieved. Overall I give it a 5 for quality/ease of installation/air movement. Plus, the LED backlight can save you money in the long run. Please click YES if my review was helpful. Many Thanks
