Too slow for most needs
I bought this oven after overhauling my oven to see if it was working properly and if there were temperature fluctuations. I can bake pizza before it reaches full temperature. If it is baked or fried for a long time, it will finally show the correct temperature. It's a little hard to read except at 350F, which is straight up. There are no temperature changes when the oven is switched on and off. He seems too slow to react to this.
